This is the first brand I personally drink. I have high hopes for Tochigi Prefecture's sake, as they have such good local brews as "Houou Mita!"
First, I drank it in my usual small glass. The attack was good, but the aftertaste was not so good.
Then, I tried drinking it in a Riedel Daiginjo glass. The aroma opened up and the taste expanded.
The color was clear crystal. The aroma was strong, with a hint of rice powder like koshinko. The taste is juicy and full-bodied with a firm sweetness. In terms of fruit, it is not melon or banana, but pineapple.
It is still hard just after sealing, so I would like to enjoy the taste change again after tomorrow.
By the way, tonight's snack is fried tofu topped with sakekasu and baked in the oven with soy sauce. I think it goes well with sake, so give it a try!

Hi Kaikoma 😃
Congratulations on your first drink of Tochigi sake 🍶 chuai ❗️ 🎉 There's something about the taste that changes depending on the sake container 😊 fried tofu and sakekasu! This looks delicious 😋.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby 🙇.
I did not know this brand name "Chuai" until recently.
It is interesting to try to stick to sake cups.
Fried bean curd and sakekasu are rich in nutrients, so it seems to have health benefits too 💪.
