The second bottle at my parents' house is a maki machine. It is a Takachidai sake brewery, but I didn't know they had such a thing... ^^;.
It says flat polished rice✕micro bubble rinsed rice, but I've never heard of micro bubble rinsed rice before. I don't know how difficult it is, but anything tastes good❓🤣.
The flavor was more gorgeous than the other two, but the sweetness seemed to appeal to everyone. It has a sweetness and aroma that everyone will like. It is honestly delicious. Takachidai Shuzo is still good.
