When I went to my parents' house, I found that my father had ordered a regular delivery of sake from Japanease and received a brand called Toyoshuku for November.
I was intrigued by this sake brewery that I didn't know existed!
I am so happy to meet new people! Thank you, Dad, and I'll take my share!
The sake has a classic, old-fashioned flavor, but the refined, clean bitterness of the Daiginjyo passes down your throat with ease.
It would go great with sashimi, etc.!
