Sawanoi's 100-day aged honjozo sake. Purchased at the Shinjuku Keio Department Store. A special corner was set up for tasting and selling sake by the brewer. I really wanted Sawanoi's recommended sake with soda, but they didn't have it.
The aroma was a bit cucumber-like. It tastes much stronger and has a thick sweet and sour flavor. The strength is high, and it would be delicious on the rocks. A strong honjozo sake that will not lose to yellowtail sashimi.
