The appearance is a shining crystal. The aroma is of refined rice flour. The taste is full and sweet, followed by spiciness and bitterness, with a nice sharpness.
The reddish brown color of the label reminds me of the lava rock surface of the outer rim of Mt. Asama while drinking.
