Today is Miyaizumi's first day of Shibori!
My sister gave it to me as a gift 😀.
The freshness and the flavor of the rice came with a bang, then the acidity and the sharpness.
I knew it was good Miyaizumi!
It's easy to drink when it's cold and snowy, but when it's cool and refreshing, the flavor of the rice swells up.
I don't particularly choose to drink them, but the percentage of Miyazen and Collage is high!
