Ryohei
We had a draft version of Yoshida Kura u Ishikawamon.
It is a fresh and light sake, with a stronger sense of slight effervescence than the Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
It is a very food-friendly sake, and as the label says, it has a soft mouthfeel.
I have a feeling that this year's nama-shu tends to be lighter overall, which may reflect this year's tendency for the rice to be less soluble. I think the one I had a few years ago had more flavor.
In a year like this, it may taste better if it has a sharpness to it as well.
We enjoyed it very much.
