After visiting Ishikawa Sake Brewery's Thanks Day last month, I went to a liquor store near Fussa Station and bought this Junmai-shu made with white malted rice. I had it warmed to the top. Aroma of old-fashioned sake. Not too sweet... but the acidity from the white malted rice gives it a sweetness. The acidity from the white malted rice accentuates the sweetness. This is brilliant. It's a refreshing heated sake, and I drink it quickly. I actually drank it on the day I bought it last month and left it for a month because I was afraid I would drink it too fast because it was so delicious. A month later, I drank it again and it was still delicious... I regret that I should have bought a bottle.
