The taste is sweet in the first half and bitter in the second half. The taste is clear. When heated, it has a sourness. I thought at first that cold sake would be better. I thought it was better cold, but as time goes by, the flavors blend together. However, the impression of heated sake changes every time it is heated, and I think it is difficult. I was glad to be able to try a variety of sake in one bottle.
The price was 3180 yen (1.8L) including tax, with a 1000 yen discount with a point card.
