Sweetness is evident in the aroma. Smells like grapes.
It has a stimulating taste on the tongue.
When you drink it, the sweetness is also very strong, and it has a thick and heavy taste. There is no acidity. From the middle to the latter half of the drink, it has a strong bitter taste, and it remains for a while. There is not so much alcohol, so it is not unpleasantly bitter.
Overall, I got the impression that this was a powerful unpasteurized sake.
