My first post about drinking out. This is Nakaguro, a restaurant I've been wanting to visit. The owner's conversation is interesting, both about sake and otherwise.
Isojumma" is the first draft of this sake.
The aroma is surprisingly mild.
The rice flavor is surprisingly good, and it is lifted by a spiciness mixed with bitterness. There is a slight alkoe feeling, but overall it is beautiful.
There are only a few liquor stores that sell it, but I guess it is a refreshing entry-level sake.

Isohajime is really good as a sharp sake 😋.

Isohajime is a common brand in Nakaguro-san, but it is not easy to drink. It's a representative of the clean alsobe 😁.
