The sake stock in the fridge is getting much clearer.
Today I'm thinking of making a small batch of "Akabu Natsukasumi" from the hanpukai sake at "Masaruya Tama Plaza Store" (*^^*).
I think that Akabu tastes soggy quickly, so I need to make small portions to keep it tasty and drinkable for a long time. Also, the vertical space next to the fridge is occupied, so it's tough to keep it in there.
I guess it's been a while since I drank Natsukasumi. I drank a lot of Natsukasumi when I was in Morioka, but I haven't been able to drink much since I came to Shizuoka.
I thought it would be best to drink the aromatic Akabu in a red wine glass, so today I am drinking it in a red wine glass.
The aroma is more intense in a red wine glass 💛.
The taste is refreshing and easy to drink, with a refreshing summery taste, while retaining the rice flavor typical of junmai sake. The acidity is present, but it does not stand out that much due to the balance with the sweetness. However, it is not too sweet, and it is a refreshing drink that is typical of Akabu. The alcohol content is 15°C, but the refreshing taste reminds me of a lower alcohol content 💛.
This one goes down smoothly💛.
