This is the local Toshimaya Sake Brewery's Yamori.
The blue-gray color is a once-fired Hachitan-Nishiki.
It is hi-ire but gorgeously fruity.
The sweetness is about medium.
It is easy to drink and delicious.
Next time, I would like to drink a fresh Aoyamori.
