Since I have already had the junmai pair of "Sho Shiki" and "Kaorutaka", I decided to open this junmai type sake.
My expectations for Hiroshima sake, which I have not had in a long time, were high!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a light, fruity aroma that made me think "Aizan! The aroma is light and fruity.
The mouthfeel is the three musketeers of clean, round, and smooth. It has a moderate sweet acidity and a sharp dry astringency that comes in the latter half. The gentle and elegant sweetness like Japanese sweets, and the soft but lingering astringent aftertaste that comes slowly. It is a delicious wine with elegance and chicness just like the label!
It is a beautiful and clean sake with not much to mention. I was impressed by the power of this award-winning sake ✨.
