Here is what makes it so special! This is a super-fresh bottle, manufactured in December 2025. The rice composition is 80% Gohyakumangoku and 20% Yamadanishiki. The gorgeousness of Yamadanishiki and sharpness of Ihyakumangoku are perfectly combined by "ori".
