It has a grape-like sweetness like grape juice and a strong umami. The sweetness is refreshing, but the umami comes on strong.
I'd like to try their cherry yeast, but I've never seen it before.

The flavor was bursting with flavor 😆 It was more unique and interesting than Yumeginko 😁 Sakura Yeast, no special stores carry it and the brewer won't bring it to department stores, so you may have to buy it 🥺.
