Purchased at 7-Eleven Tsudanuma, which is said to have a selection of sake that rivals that of a local sake specialty store, despite being a convenience store. (One-third of the store is sake corner, I thought.)
When I poured it into a glass, I was surprised at its brown color, and when I drank it, I was twice surprised at its bitterness and aroma, as if it were a beer.
The description of the beer says that it is made from 100% brown rice and tastes just like beer. The description of this sake says that it is made from 100% brown rice, which makes sense, and the gaseous taste makes it really taste like a beer.
I have to take my hat off to the wide range of sake. 🙇♂️

We too were out in Ichikawa, Chiba the other day and drove to the Tsudanuma Seven that we have been longing to visit 🤗We wouldn't need a refrigerator at home if we had that Seven in the neighborhood 😆.
