Only a little more than two weeks to go until the New Year's holiday... 😰.
Then, I must make sure to finish my drinking ⁉️ so that I don't have any left over 🤭....
But that's not important...
My favorite brand, Hiran 🤩!
Happy Newborn✨I opened the bottle 🤤and immediately after opening it...it has a ginjo aroma like a fruit wine 🍎...and I was convinced before drinking it👍this is the aroma of a delicious sake 😋 lol!
The first sip of the supernatant ❗️ does not disappoint the unique piquancy of nama-shu... The sweetness and umami are both too exquisite 👏.
And the aftertaste is wonderfully sharp, with no bitterness......😌
I wonder how in the world such a drink could be created and I wish I could deliver this deliciousness to someone 🤩.
But it makes me sad that the market share of alcoholic beverages is on a steady decline...sake even more so 😢.
To all Sake-no-wa readers, if you haven't tried Tobiran, I highly recommend it 👍.
I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of changes will happen tomorrow 😊.
Oh, I forgot to mention...
On the second day, the sweetness and umami were more intense. ⬆️
