At a sake event in Kawagoe, Japan. Igarashi Sake Brewery is located in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture, and its representative brand is a sake named after the nearby Tenran Mountain.
Igarashi is a line of direct-drafted, undiluted sake. It has a slightly banana-like aroma and a firm sweetness. The brewer's comment was that it is recommended for sake lovers, but I got the impression that it was easy to drink for its strength.
