ヒラッチョ
I have a day off from today.
From the morning, I went to the prefectural baseball stadium in Omiya to watch the Saitama Prefecture Spring High School Baseball Prefectural Tournament ⚾️.
In the evening, we had yakiniku at my daughter's request.
It was an all-you-can-eat course at a chain restaurant called "Anraku Tei," which has its headquarters in Saitama City.
There was only one type of sake, Shochiku Ume.
It is refreshing and moderately acidic.
Serve with namul or hormone as a side dish.
