April is still chilly.
On such a day, I only have nabe and heated sake.
I usually drink Harukasumi Junmai Red Label, but this was my first time to try Junmai Ginjo.
This is my first time drinking junmai ginjo.
It had umami and sweetness, but was more polished and sharp than the red label. This is delicious.
Harukasumi is a reliable brand, and I am glad that I can drink it at any temperature.
