My favorite drink. The temperature is a little lower than last year.
It has a mellow ginjo aroma.
Last year it was fruity like a peach, but this year it is caramel. The balance of umami and bitterness is good, and the aftertaste is clean.
I wonder how it will change when it is heated. +I'm not sure.
