The aroma is capsule-like!
The taste is also a gorgeous pineapple! But it also has a sour taste as if it is made with white malted rice! (I like citric acidity 😊❤️)
The acidity in the aftertaste leads to a light feeling, but I wonder if it's because of the initial heaviness that it's all nicely put together as a result.
I'm going to buy the test brew sake! 😘.
