I had been holding off on buying Brewing Forest because I had heard it was sweet, but I bought it when the name changed.
It is delicious!
I think it's very well put together with a gentle sweetness, a crisp acidity, a touch of gasiness, and a slight bitterness.
I couldn't tell that there was any oli, and at the end it became thin and cloudy, mellowing even more and I enjoyed the change in taste!
