Ei, a brand exclusive to Kuroryu's directly-managed store in Eiheiji-cho. You can buy it at ESIKOTO, which is run by Mr. Kuroryu.
My junior bought it for me when he went to Fukui Prefecture. He is a very talented junior lol.
The taste is typical of Kuroryu's sake, with a dry taste and the umami of rice. It has a very clear, light, and beautiful mouthfeel, and it disappears so quickly that you don't feel like you are drinking sake, and it tastes like a high-class sake.
It is a very rare sake, so I enjoyed it very carefully.
I would be happy to have the opportunity to have it again.
Thank you very much for the treat.
