Nori
I drank it in November 2020. It's been aged for roughly three years.
The color is slightly yellow. The smell is sour and old-fashioned, like old wine or Shaoxing wine. It comes in nicely and lightly when you drink it. It has an old-fashioned feeling like old wine, but it is also delicious with a fresh feeling like a new species. The sourness peculiar to Yamahai and the deep flavor peculiar to Kikuhime are also present. It is still delicious. It is a good sake. It can be drunk forever.
Tsuru no Sato dares to change the taste every year, so I don't think this 2017 has much quantity left. It is especially good that it does not have a premium price.
