- morkzgLight, clean and refined ginjo aromas. Gentle apple, pear, white grapes and raisins, with a hint of bubblegum. The palate follows suit, with a very light and gentle profile. Very mild sweetness scents a subtle layer of umami that pops its head in and out. All in all, a very pleasing, but not overly imposing nor complex. Makes for easy drinking and pairing. 3.25/5
