Saitama sake brewery Kamigame's September 2021 Hiyaoroshi. The aroma is sake. I'm glad it's handmade Junmai so there's no ginjo aroma. The taste is dry with a hint of acidity. In the aftertaste, you can taste the sweetness of the rice and moromi. I was reminded of the deliciousness of sake.
