Probably the sake that got me hooked on sake.
It is one of the driest sake in the Musical Instrument Masamune lineup.
It still has the faint gassy feeling that is typical of Musical Instrument Masamune.
The taste is clear and sweet in the mouth, and gradually tight and clean.
It is outstanding.
