The concept of this sake is to be enjoyed with food as a food sake.
The aroma is modest. Not much of it.
On the palate, the acidity characteristic of drunken whales is noticeable. It has a clean and crisp aftertaste with a full sense of the umami of rice.
As one would expect, drunken whales are delicious. I especially like to drink it in summer.
