新舘幸樹
This is a once-a-year treat.
It has been quite a while since the bottle was opened, maybe a week or so.
Perhaps because of this, the roughness of the first day is gone, and sweetness and spiciness spread in the mouth. It is basically a sake to be drunk in small doses, but today I tried it with tonkatsu (pork cutlet). Although it has lost some of its edge, the strong flavors of each sake are not overpowered by the others. It is a good choice with tonkatsu. It tastes good even after a long time. Try it sometime.
