Rice: 100% Comet, 45% polished rice As the label says, the aroma is reminiscent of pears, especially the fragrance that lingers on the palate after drinking. This is a quintessential daiginjo. It is rich and light on the palate while retaining a sweetness that clings to the tongue. The balance is exquisite. The rice smell is lost as it is polished, but the ginjo aroma makes it more enjoyable. The umami flavor was gone relatively quickly after a while. It is best to drink a small amount in small doses.
