Taste: A powerful flavor that is typical of unfiltered raw sake. It tastes a little raw, but it seems to be hi-ire.
After a while in the glass, when it becomes slightly lukewarm, the mouthfeel is watery and the bitterness in the aftertaste is strong. The acidity is also slightly stronger. I prefer to finish it cold.
