I bought it after tasting it because I think I've had it in the past but I don't remember it. It's a luxurious sake made with rare rice called Aisan and Kame-no-o. It's gorgeous, and it still has a sense of freshness to it because it was burned once. I feel most comfortable with this kind of sake. We will have to try other Mansaku-no-hana.
