San-do Kago Shi-no-zozo
The first thing you notice when you approach the glass is the sweet and sour cherry-like aroma that spreads softly 🍒. This is followed by a freshness that reminds you of fresh Japanese pears, and finally a slight nutty aroma. This is a cup where you can truly enjoy the gradation of aromas.
In the mouth, the flavor is both gorgeous and deep, with a somewhat wild individuality. While remaining light and refreshing, the lingering aftertaste is thick and complex.
Once again, I was reminded of the fact that even at the same brewery, there are so many different worlds depending on the sake brewer and brand. That is why SAKE is so interesting! 😊😊
