Hori
I received a bottle of Daishinshu's Summer Sarara.
Since the beginning of this year, I have been interested in sake from Nagano Prefecture and was able to drink for the first time Daishinshu, which I had always been curious about.
I drank it expecting a light and light flavor from the name, and was pleasantly surprised.
It was the exact opposite of its name, "light and refreshing," and had a strong umami flavor that was very satisfying to drink. It has the fresh fruitiness and sweetness common to other sakes from Nagano Prefecture, and is a delicious sake that lives up to its reputation.
The second half is bitter and dry, so the impression after drinking is surprisingly light.
I interpreted this lightness to mean that it is summery.
I will have to drink other Daishinshu to find out the answer to this question.
