Today's main course was sashimi and mackerel stew, so I chose this sake as it would be perfect as a mid-meal drink! 🌝 I expected Niigata's test sake to leave some light and dry taste, and I was right 🌝 It is not sweet like today's sake, but it is easy to drink! It was a good sake.
