Yesterday, an acquaintance of mine sent me a bottle of Nanakanma Risshun Asa Shibori, and I immediately enjoyed it ❗️.

It's a really good sake with a good balance of richness and sharpness, with an exciting newness that stands out in the mouth, but it's never sharp and easy to drink.
