I immediately bought it because it was a new brand of my favorite Kangiku. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but it flew open beautifully. The first sip is naturally quite fizzy. After that, it has a sweet and fruity taste typical of Kangiku. The next day and after, there was still some fuming. Gradually, the last part of the bottle had a moderate bitterness. There was no miss with Kangiku.
