Tonight I nominated Genmai from the back of the fridge as a reward for this busy time of year 😋.
It is fruity, sweet, juicy, and has a nice acidity at the end.
It has a robust flavor, so it would go well with meat dishes 🍖 It is indeed delicious 😋.
