Akabu Sparkling Galaxy is a sparkling wine that is second fermented in the bottle!
This bottle is made from 50% Ginginga, a delicious sake rice commonly used in Akabu, and second fermented in the bottle.
The mild sweetness, refreshing acidity, and sizzling taste is like an adult's Calpis soda!
It was a shell in just 2 hours...,
It is one of my personal top 3 favorite sparkling sake!
