Junmai Daiginjo made from Toyobai rice polished to 39%. The rainbow label intrigued me and I bought it.
At first, the taste is light sweet and refreshingly fruity, but by the time you finish it, it has a strange sensation of changing to a light slightly dry taste.
It was so delicious that I could drink it in large gulps, so I had to be careful not to drink too much. LOL!
