Fukuharachi this month. It seems to be the first shot at a new business partner 🙄.
I knew the name of the brand. It's the one from Morinji's Bumpkin Chagama, I believe 🤔.
The aroma is fruity juicy and I'm thinking it's similar to Hizakaya, but I have the impression that it gets drier with time!
Almost no effervescence. The attack is soft and easy to drink with a peach-like fruitiness. From the mid-palate, the sense of rice spreads quickly and disappears gently with an expanding vector.
The strong attack that lingers in the stomach is like a new sake. The total flavor is in the mellow-medium to dry range. As you drink it, it seems to get drier and drier.
I think this sake shows its potential best when served cold. It is a very interesting sake.

Hi Rigel, nice to meet you. It's very delicious, isn't it? Mr. Kezuka, the master brewer, is a classmate of mine from college, and we were also classmates when we started working at the same company. He left the company to take over his father's family business, but we still keep in touch with each other. I look forward to working with you.
