Izumikawa Junmai Ginjo Shinshu
The first sake of the new year at my parents' home in Aizuwakamatsu was a new Junmai Ginjo from Izumikawa.
Like Tobiroki, it has a delicious sweetness and a very beautiful sake quality. It is fresh and juicy with a slight bit of a tang. I love this sake and never get tired of drinking it.
We will be serving it again this year 🍶.
