A gift from the company's year-end party. I jumped at the chance to try a sake from Aomori, which I had never had before. It is a sake brewery in Hirosaki, and the brand name is derived from the sake rice of the same name. When I think about it, it is a pity that it is Yamada-Nishiki (^-^-zu).
When I poured it into a wine glass, it had a sweet aroma. The sweetness is good at almost room temperature. I imagine it would be sharper if it were cooled down, but I enjoyed it because I thought it had a full flavor that is only possible at this temperature range.
