It's been a really long time since I've seen Niida Zenshu🍶 out drinking so much. The aroma and taste are typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast, sweet and sour. Despite the 85% milled rice ratio, there is no strong sense of umami, no miscellaneous taste, and it is clean and refreshing. It has been a long time since I drank it, but it has the same characteristic flavor that makes you think, "Oh, it's Shizen-shu. I dare say that because of its uniqueness, you can't really tell the difference between brands 🤔.
