This special junmai is brewed with 55% polished Yumeko rice, which is a sake rice produced in Fukushima Prefecture, and TM-1 yeast, which was also developed in Fukushima Prefecture. It has a soft and gentle banana-like aroma on the palate. It has a clean mouthfeel, but the umami of the rice spreads in the mouth. It is well-balanced, so you will never get tired of drinking it, and it is perfect as a mid-meal drink. It can be served at room temperature, lukewarm to lukewarm, or even warmed to a high temperature to fully enjoy its delicious flavor.
