I am in love with the beautiful deep blue label.
It has a clean mouthfeel, a beautiful sweetness like berries and white grapes, a little bit of a mellow flavor, and a bitter aftertaste that finishes with a kick. That's what I'm talking about 😄
It is delicious on its own, but it was perfect with Matsumae pickles. It would go well with seafood. 🐈️🐈️
