This bottle is made with 30% polished rice and extraordinarily high grade Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, a special A district, and is bottled by the highest quality and labor-intensive process of bag-hanging and tobira-tori (bottle collection). Each bottle is carefully temperature-controlled and heated to a perfect temperature.
The moment you take a sip, you will be surprised at the clarity and smoothness of the sake.
The warm, gentle aroma spreads softly. The elegant flavor is reminiscent of tropical fruits, and the soft, gentle sweetness slowly melts onto your tongue.
