In the mouth, it has a sharp and refreshing taste with no sweetness whatsoever. I had the same impression when I drank the same sake at a previous brewer's festival, but the impression was the same: not too tangy and spicy beyond the sake level. I wonder if the high alcohol content and high acidity give such an impression. It is said to be a triple 20, with a sake degree of +20, an acidity of 2.0, and an alcohol content of 20%.
